gVault lets you scan and collect golf balls you find on the course. Find answers below or reach out directly.
Frequently Asked
Open the app and tap the scan tab. Point your camera at the text printed on the side of the ball and hold steady. gVault will identify it automatically within a few seconds.
Make sure the model name printed on the side of the ball is clearly visible and in good lighting. Avoid scanning in direct sunlight or very dark conditions. Try rotating the ball so the text faces the camera directly.
Balls are ranked Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, and Mythic based on how widely available they are. Tour-only and limited release balls rank highest.
Re-scan a ball you already own. Each successful re-scan increments that ball's level in your vault.
Yes. Ball identification, your vault, and all core features work fully offline. No internet connection is required.
Go to your Profile tab and scroll to the bottom. Tap Reset Vault to clear all collected balls. This cannot be undone.

The camera is used solely to scan golf balls in real time. No images or video are ever saved or transmitted.
Notifications are optional and only used for quest reminders. No notification data leaves your device.
gVault contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind.
